Welcome to Vaultspin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vaultspin.games and all games, features and content we make available (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Vaultspin Is — and Is Not

Vaultspin is a free-to-play social casino platform provided solely for entertainment. The Service:

• uses virtual credits only, which have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, withdrawn or redeemed for money, goods or anything of real-world value;
• offers no real-money gambling, no wagering, no deposits and no withdrawals;
• awards no cash prizes and no prizes of monetary value of any kind.

Virtual credits, badges, points and leaderboard positions are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use features of the Service and are not your property. Success at social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm your date of birth truthfully and represent that you are 21 or older. We may suspend or close any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person under 21.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. One account per person, please.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or interfere with its operation; (c) use bots, scripts or automation to play games or manipulate leaderboards; (d) harass or abuse other players; (e) scrape, copy or republish Service content without permission; or (f) misrepresent the Service as offering gambling or prizes.

5. Games and Third-Party Content

Games available on the Service are created and operated by third-party game studios and are provided in free practice mode for entertainment. Game outcomes are generated by the games' own randomisation; we do not control results. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and may be subject to additional terms. We may add, change or remove games at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Vaultspin name, logo, site design and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for private entertainment. No other rights are granted.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available and fun, but we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, including virtual credit balances, badges and leaderboards, without liability. We may update these Terms; material changes will be signalled by updating the date above, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service, or ask us to close your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Because virtual credits have no value, no compensation is owed for their loss on termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Your use of the Service is at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
